Naturalization Document

Well this seems to me to be the Naturalization certificate, not the Ellis Island entry document. I increased the contrast and posted this to the Mosolino Photo site at http://picasaweb.google.com/bobcurtice/MosolinoFamily02?authkey=Gv1sRgCP-lm8fAzKuSjAE&feat=directlink
The document says:
Domenico Musolino, aged 51, 5'11" with a scar on his face, became a US citizen on September 30, 1907. His wife was Maria aged 48, residing at 95 Morris St, Jersey City with children Antoni 14, Catharina 12, John 11, Domenico 8, Carmelo 4, Joseph 2.
Several questions remain:
> When did the name get changed to Mosolino?
> Was Mike really Domenico?
> Was Carmelo Bill?
> Who was Joseph? Did he die?
> Did this document mean all the children became US Citizens at the same time?

Anyone have light to shed on these questions?
